Our STORy

(Saké-Tumi) has been serving fantastic fusion cuisine in Downtown Binghamton for over a decade. We offer up a wide variety of Japanese and Thai fusion dishes that are sure to please your palate.

At (Saké-Tumi), we have created an atmosphere that is fun and laid back. After traveling and being inspired by similar restaurants, we decided to bring a big city Asian fusion restaurant to Binghamton, NY.

(Saké-Tumi) truly has something for everyone on our delicious menu. We have a well-stocked bar with modern craft cocktails, wine, beer and sake. Our sushi bar offers a wide variety of sushi, rolls, sashimi, poke bowls, and salads. Last but not least, our kitchen offers a choice selection of hot appetizers, delicious mains and tasty desserts.

Our Mission

At (Saké-Tumi) our chefs are highly trained, creative, and well-versed in traditional and contemporary Asian cuisine, so we continually strive to bring you delicious, fresh, creative, and modern menu items.

We are constantly spending time on research and development for recipes and menu items so we can always stay current on culinary trends and techniques, in order to bring our guests one of the most delicious, modern, and unique menus in Binghamton.

We also dedicate time to coach our service staff to deliver our guests a pleasant, prompt and friendly dining experience, because what is great food without a great environment in which to enjoy it?
