Cool place. Real casual. Interesting choices of food and drinks. Something for everybody. Good sized portions. A little gem tucked away in Binghamton.

The sushi is always fresh and delicious. Presented well and the waitstaff is excellent. Love the Tuesday and Thursday night dollar rolls--gives you a chance to try different sushi at an amazingly low price.

My husband and I stopped into Sake-Tumi for a quick lunch break from a 10 hour drive; it was fantastic! We were served by the mother of the owner who was wonderfully honest about our order - she gave descriptions about the spice level of the rolls we chose, as well as the quantity off food (the rolls are big, but we were hungry...).

Every bite was delicious! We ordered a speciality roll (Godzilla?) that contained pieces of jalapeno pepper which added a crunch to an otherwise soft roll - very different, but very good! All together we had four rolls (two specialty and two maki) and we were pleasantly full by the end of our meal.

The atmosphere is quite romantic with dark colours and hints of red all around the restaurant. I noticed a special on Tuesday nights - $1 sushi - so be sure to check out that deal. If ever I find myself driving to DC again, I know where i'm stopping for lunch!

They had an awesome outdoor eating space! Tons of variety. Great daily specials, awesomenservice! The food was fantastic as well!!

Saketumi restraunt is downtown Binghamton is the hidden jewel of Broome County!!! The food is excellent and the presentation is amazing! Everything is fresh and made to order. The wait staff is so accomadating and kind. Thankyou so much Madison, Mandy, Kim and Marcus for making our visit the best!! We cant wait to get back there!!!

Great sushi place and nice variety. Their house salad isn't the typical iceberg and ginger, it was actually pretty good. The dragon roll was excellent and so was the crispy Thai chilli wings.
